OFN congratulates Stan Cho on re-appointment as Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming

OFN would like to extend a congratulations to Stan Cho on his re-appointment as Ontario's Minister of Tourism, Culture and Gaming! As Ottawa's only festival, special event and fair industry service organization, we welcome all opportunities to advance our industry in collaboration with local, provincial and national partners.

Festivals are strong drivers of economic development and tourism, social cohesion and quality of life in Ontario. Working in tandem with provincial partners is key to the vibrancy and sustainability of this sector. OFN is especially interested in working alongside Minister Cho and other cultural organizations to ensure robust support for this industry including but not limited to the optimal timing for announcements related to the Experience Ontario Grant.

As a solution-focused organization that listens to the needs and pain points of its members, OFN is eager to use the information it has to ensure that all parties are successful in promoting Ontario's tourism and cultural life.
