About the Story:

Irish mythology’s Finn Mac Cool, legendary warrior, lover, hunter, poet, beloved captain of the Fianna, leads his band of warriors in the defense of Ireland, facing supernatural challenges and thrilling adventures. Around the fireside or in the feasting halls of kings, Finn’s world is an immersive journey of love and jealousy, loyalty and betrayal, transformation and trickery —where great hunting dogs race through forests, fairy lovers weave enchantments, and boundaries between worlds shift like mist.


About the Storytellers & Musician:

Storytellers Jennifer Cayley, Ellis Lynn Duschenes, Kim Kilpatrick, Marie Victoria Robertson, and Anne Schmitz have captivated audiences across Canada and beyond with their word-weaving of traditional myths into vivid, glorious imagery.


Kluane Takhini is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer whose evocative music has been featured in international performances, intimate venues, and grand festivals. Every note of his music offers wisdom, joy, and insight, bringing Finn Mac Cool’s world hauntingly to life.
